Digital Products – No Refund & No “Try Before You Buy” Policy

Thank you for purchasing our digital products. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refund Policy: All sales of digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, guides, templates, and downloadable materials, are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods being non-tangible and instantly accessible, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Misunderstanding of product content

  • Failure to read product descriptions prior to purchase

Once access to the digital product has been granted, it cannot be returned, revoked, or “un-accessed.”

2. No Try Before You Buy: We do not offer a “try before you buy” option for any of our digital products. All product descriptions are provided to give you a clear understanding of what you are purchasing. It is your responsibility to review this information carefully before completing your order.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed the product details

  • You understand what is being offered

  • You agree to these terms without expectation of preview access

3. Unauthorized Distribution: All digital products are intended for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or reproduction of any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You did not receive access to the product due to a verified technical issue on our end

  • Duplicate charges were made for the same product

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.

5. Paperback Books – Print-on-Demand No Refund Policy

Print-on-Demand Policy (No General Refunds): All paperback books are printed and fulfilled through using print-on-demand technology. This means each book is produced only after your order is placed.

Because of this custom production process, all paperback sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for: Buyer’s remorse or change of mind, Accidental orders, Incorrect selections (e.g., wrong book, quantity, or format), Shipping delays outside of our control, Minor variations in print (such as slight color differences or paper texture), Once an order has been submitted to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If your paperback arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may be eligible for a replacement.

To request a replacement: Contact the print on demand provider you purchased poor peeps paperback books from within the appropriate delivery day period specified. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement copy at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Issues: We are not responsible incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or lost and stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.

8. Responsibility Acknowledgment: By purchasing a paperback book from our website, you acknowledge and agree that the product is printed on demand through our print on demand book provider. Orders are final once submitted for printing, refunds are not available except in cases of verified defects or production errors.
